Adrian Washington will perform his comedy show at the Red Carpet Event Center at 9 p.m., Friday, Nov. 30. Doors open at 8 p.m.
Washington recently returned from Texas where he opened for Steve O of “Jackass” fame.
In an interview with the St. Cloud Times back in 2011, Washington admits his comedy comes with a little more bit.
“Someone once described me as, ‘I’m raw and ruthless in a comical way,’ ” he said. He prefers to call it offending people with a smile.
“I improv a lot,” he added. “The crowd is kind of my comedy.” He has jokes he knows will work anywhere, but then he usually picks on a table up front. So if you sit up close, beware.
“Try not to make eye contact with me,” he laughed. “Eye contact’s a dead giveaway.”
