Former West Central Tribune sports guy writes book

Scott Thoma has been busy writing a book since he left the West Central Tribune in Willmar a year or so ago. It’s about a tornado that hit his hometown of Tracy in 1968 and killed nine people.

It’s called “Out of the Blue” and is available at www.thomabooks.com. There is also a book signing scheduled for 3 p.m. Saturday at Book World in the Kandi Mall in Willmar.
