UND came in on a 3-on-2 and Garder carried into the faceoff circle to the left of Ryan Faragher. Gaarder passed the puck to the middle and O’Donnell redirected it between the legs of Faragher for a 1-0 lead.

Knight had the puck behind the SCSU net, threw it out front, it went off someone’s skate and right to Carter Rowney, who knocked it in for a 2-0 lead.
