The Paramount Theatre and Visual Arts Center has updated its website to more fully incorporate social media. Marketing assistant and graphic designer Pete Johnson proposed the updates to staff. The center then contracted with Cloudnet to handle the technical aspects and Johnson worked as an independent contractor to design the site.
All the pieces existed before. “We put them all together in one cohesive experience,” Johnson said. He started work in late April.
So far, reaction seems to be good, he said.
One new piece is the software for registration for the visual arts classes. The previous version was more complicated, both for the user and for Paramount staff. “I did my best to make it easier for both parties,” he said.
