Pioneer Place has new website

Pioneer Place has unveiled a new website just in time to enter its 15th year of programming in the 100-year-old building on Fifth Avenue in downtown St. Cloud. Check it out at www.ppfive.com. Co-Owner Dan Barth calls it a more user-friendly site that will give people more information about upcoming shows as well as a faster ticket ordering system.

As part of the year-long celebration, they are bringing back one of the most popular shows ever done at Pioneer Place Aug. 19-22, Barth writes. It’s Collective Unconscious’s Pet Sounds album show featuring the music of the Beach Boys. The show consists of a 19-person band and vocal section complete with horns, strings and singers.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. April 1. They will also soon announce the five professional theater shows for its 15th season, which start in September.
