About the Huskies: SCSU has won three of its last four games after sweeping a weekend road trip to Minot State and Mary last weekend. That put the Huskies all alone in first place in the NSIC’s North Division. Sophomore forward Jessica Benson is averaging a team-best 15.4 points and 7.1 rebounds per game. SCSU gets Augustana (10-4, 14-14) on Saturday in Sioux Falls, S.D. The Vikings are led by Alex Feeney, who averages 14.5 points and 7.9 rebounds per game. Sam Price leads the NSIC in free-throw percentage at 92.1 percent. She’s gone 82 of 89 from the line this season. Amanda Wagner is second in the NSIC in steals per game at 2.78. Nicole Anderson is fourth in that category at 2.56 per game. SCSU is fourth in the NSIC in scoring offense this week (70.1 points per game) and fifth in defense (59.3 points a game).

About the Wildcats: Wayne’s leading scorer, Jordan Spencer, is seventh in the NSIC in that category. Spencer is averaging 15.8 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. She’s struggled lately having been held under 10 points in each of the Wildcats’ last four games.
